Introducing the GrantFlow Notification System

Keeping stakeholders informed about privileged access events is critical for security operations. Today, we are excited to announce the GrantFlow Notification System — a comprehensive, customizable notification framework that ensures the right people are alerted at the right time.
What's New
Customizable Email Templates
Every notification event type now has an editable email template. Administrators can customize subject lines, body content, and formatting to match their organization's branding and communication standards. Templates support dynamic placeholders that automatically insert relevant data like user names, role names, timestamps, and justification text.
Notification Delivery Log
A new admin view provides complete visibility into notification delivery. Track every notification sent, see delivery status (delivered, failed, pending), and diagnose issues quickly. The delivery log includes message details, timestamps, recipient information, and error messages for failed deliveries.
Supported Events
Notifications are available for all critical access lifecycle events:
- Activation workflow — Request submitted, approved, denied, started, expiring, expired
- Account operations — Checkout, check-in, password rotation
- Administrative changes — Connector status, agent availability, policy modifications

- Microsoft Teams integration — Receive notifications directly in Teams channels
- Webhook support — Send notification payloads to custom endpoints
- Notification preferences — Per-user channel and event preferences
Getting Started
The notification system is available now for all GrantFlow tenants. Navigate to Admin > Notification Templates to view and customize your templates, and check the Notification Delivery Log to monitor delivery status.
