Folders, Favorites and a List View for Sessions
October 19, 2026 · GrantFlow Team
Once a role grants you a few dozen machines, the Sessions page turns into a long grid you scroll through to find the one server you need. This release gives that page structure, and makes the session tab itself a little faster to work in.
Find a Target Faster
A new button at the start of the filter bar opens a selection panel with Favorites, Recently used, All targets, and the folder tree your administrator built. The panel stays open while you click through folders, so you can watch the targets change behind it, and a chevron folds a folder without selecting it.
Star a target to add it to Favorites. Recently used lists the last 10 targets you opened. The page opens on your favorites if you have any, and remembers the entry you picked last. A Cards / List toggle shows the same targets as a compact table when you would rather see more of them at once.
You only ever see folders that hold a target you can reach. Folders, favorites and recents change how you find a target, never what you can open: access still comes from your roles.
What Changes for Admins
Under Admin → Sessions → Folders, you build one folder tree for your tenant, up to three levels deep. You file targets into it from the target dialog, in bulk with Move to folder… on the RDP and SSH tabs, or when you import hosts. Every folder change and every move is recorded in the audit log, and a move records each target's previous folder.
The SSH target dialog also has a new Terminal section, where you set the font, text size and color scheme a session starts with. Users can still change them during the session, and Reset to target default brings back yours.
In the Session Tab
The Keys menu now groups its entries, shows each combination as keycaps, and names what a terminal does with it, such as SIGINT for Ctrl+C. When a session ends normally, because you typed exit or signed out of Windows, the end screen now offers Reconnect as well as Close tab. On SSH targets, Duplicate opens a second shell on the same target in a new tab.
Get Started
The Remote Sessions guide walks through the Sessions page and the session tab. The Session Target Folders guide covers building the tree, filing targets, the terminal defaults and the audit events.
